💸 How to request a refund step by step (Refund, Kakobuy)

Go to your profile 👤 Log in to your account and navigate to the User Center tab.

Go to refunds 💳 Look for the Refund option, which is right below your current balance.

Find the relevant transaction 🔍 Review your transaction history and locate the one with the highest amount.

Initiate a refund 🖱️ Check the Action column on the left side of the screen and click the Refund button next to the transaction you selected.

Choose the amount to be refunded 💰 Enter the exact amount you want to receive in the designated field.

Provide a reason and complete the process 📝 Type a short reason for the refund and confirm it. You can simply write something like:

“Please, I want a refund, have a good day.”

And that’s it – the process is complete! 🎉

💡 Important info about refunds:

🏦 Payment via BLIK: If you paid using BLIK, you don’t need to enter your account number anywhere! The money will be automatically returned to the same bank account used for the BLIK payment.

⏱️ Waiting time: Processing the transaction usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Keep in mind the day you request the withdrawal—banks don’t process transfers on weekends. If you request a refund on Friday, the money will appear in your account on Monday.

🆓 No fees: The refund process is completely free. You’ll get back exactly the same amount you deposited for withdrawal (no hidden costs or fees).
